  1. This looks like a good way to cook scrambled eggs! Sort of poaching them. I wonder what different flavors in the water could bring to the eggs? Some chicken stock or demi-glacé, perhaps. Adding some butter to the water would probably be good as well. Maybe even poaching the eggs in heavy cream. So many fun things to try!

  3. Reminds me of how they cooked eggs at school for breakfast in the 90's, they just used a huge stainless steel pan with boiling water in them and did huge batches of eggs that way.
    Sure they were fluffy but they were rather bland and tasteless and they could just toss the pans in the food warmers.

  4. When I make poached eggs I put a little vinegar in the water, it helps to keep the eggs intact in the water. So I assume that’s the reason it’s added in your recipe also. Love your videos young lady! ❤️

  5. As a kid I'd microwave scrambled eggs. If you whisk them with milk they stay very fluffy and the eggs puff up in the microwave with lots of little air bubbles. There's residual moisture to drain off that looks identical to these water scrambled eggs but there's less cleanup because you can do it all in one bowl.

    It comes out in an omelette essentially, that you can chop into smaller pieces or you can make it a little more like normal scrambled eggs by stopping to stir occasionally.
